MK Management & Advisory LLC, doing business as Loopfinity ("Loopfinity", "we") provides patient follow-up and appointment reactivation software for dental and aesthetics practices. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- From practice owners and staff who contact us, request a report or use our client portal: name, practice name, email, phone, practice management system, and answers to our onboarding questions and calculator.
- From our client practices: limited patient information needed to send appointment reminders and follow-ups, namely name, mobile number, email, last visit date, appointment type and communication consent. We process this only on our clients' instructions.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries, prepare ROI reports, and provide and support our service.
- To send appointment reminders, recall and follow-up messages on behalf of our client practices.
- We do not sell personal information.
Patient health information
Where we handle protected health information for a practice, we do so under a Business Associate Agreement with that practice, and use it only to provide the service. Patients should contact their practice with questions about their records.
Text messaging (SMS)
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
- Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to host data and deliver messages (for example, cloud hosting, email and SMS delivery providers). They may only use the information to provide services to us.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and delete client patient data when our agreement with the practice ends.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@loopfinity.ai.
