Program
Loopfinity (MK Management & Advisory LLC, doing business as Loopfinity) sends appointment reminders, recall reminders and follow-up messages on behalf of participating dental and aesthetics practices to patients who have provided their mobile number and agreed to receive messages from their practice.
Consent
Patients opt in through their practice, for example on the practice's intake or registration form, or by giving consent to the practice in person or by phone. Consent is not a condition of receiving care.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, typically up to 4 messages per month per patient.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@loopfinity.ai.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
